C2D-3: 3 bottles twice a year - 10% discount on all wine orders. Shipment cost average $120, excluding taxes and shipping.

C2D-6: 6 bottles twice a year - 15% discount on all wine orders. Shipment cost average $230, excluding taxes and shipping.

C2D-12: 12 bottles twice a year - 25% discount on all wine orders. Shipment cost average $450, excluding taxes and shipping.
